Dubem Osaji was born in Nnewi, Anambra State, Nigeria on March 21, 1970. He trained at Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, graduating in 1995 with Higher National Diploma (ceramics). Osaji has had a stint with Signature Gallery as a potter/ceramist in residence.
