Born on the 28th of May 1967, in Jakpa, Warri, Ogbemi Moses Heymann had his professional education between 1991-1996 at the school, graduating with HND in painting. He settled down immediately after his mandatory NYSC in Kebbi State to full time private studio practice.

His work finds realization in oil, acrylic, charcoal, etc with preference for figurative compositions. He has taken part in joint and several group exhibitions and also participated in workshops and symposia across the country.
